Obituary for Judy Ann Bullock (Noil)

Judy Ann (Noil) Bullock, 65, was born February 1, 1952 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana to the late Eugene Noil and Billie Ann (Jackson) Noil. Judy departed this life on Thursday, June 22, 2017, at home with her family in Houston, Texas. Judy fought a good fight and she earned her wings to be with the Lord after a courageous battle with cancer.
She was a very devoted, dedicated, loving, and caring
Mother, Sister, Aunt, Grandmother, Great Grand-Mother, and Friend. She was the fourth child of five children. Most would say that Judy had a unique personality; she just told it how it was, blunt, straight to the point and at the same time could make you laugh. She had relationship with God and loved her family. She accepted Jesus as her Lord and Savior and was
baptized early in life at New Jerusalem Missionary Baptist Church in Houston, Texas.
Greeting Judy with open arms into her new home will be her Mother, Billie Ann Noil; Father, Eugene Noil, and brothers, James (June) Noil and Eugene (Gene) Noil. Left to cherish her life, love, and memories are her beloved children, Samantha L. Snell (daughter) and husband, Demetrius Lee Sr. and Mr. and Mrs. William Omar Bullock Sr. (Yesenia) (son); her two brothers, Mr. and Mrs. William C. (Sonny) Noil Sr. (Margie), and Joseph Darryl Noil Sr.; five granddaughters, Lanita Elease Milligan-Snell, Ciara Bullock,
